No! Everyone is different, we all sit differently on saddles and the way bikes are set up for personal comfort are also very different. There are too many variables to make one saddle comfy for all riders.

Initially comfy saddles causing discomfort can be caused by riding style. Riders who live in flatter areas or who sit constantly on rides, can experience discomfort from the ongoing pressure caused by being seated. To help reduce or stop this, on longer flatter rides, try getting out of the saddle for a time to relieve the pressure on your delicate area.

If you are struggling for comfort, it could be a broader bike fit issue. Seeking the services of a bike fitter could help find other bike-fit issues which is making saddles uncomfortable. Another possibility is that you could need more time riding, this would allow your sitting-area time to ‘firm-up’ and get used to being seated.
