Mr SmithI have actually used these brake pads on some new aluminium 700C wheels, fitted with 36 mm tubeless tyres. These brake blocks feel amazing, they have a feel similar to my Avid disc brakes , very progressive. My wife is also very pleased with this upgrade. May be more expensive but fantastic quality, should also help premote the life of these expensive rims!
