Delivery services - UK
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and in most cases orders received by 2.30pm will go the same day. If we cannot despatch your order within 48 hours we will contact your by telephone or email .
All smaller & lighter items are posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48, this service provides a 2-3 day delivery with 95% success rate within 2 days, for a small upcharge you can select Tracked 24 with a 95% success rate for next day delivery. We also offer Royal Mail Special delivery (before 1pm) and DPD next day and Saturday delivery. All options are in the checkout.
Larger and heavier items, including wheels will be posted by a courier on their next day service, this has a success rate of over 90% so delivery should be the day after sending, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Bikes are shipped with Parcelforce which is a 48 hour service to most of mainland UK. They may take longer to deliver to more remote locations, please contact us for more information.
PLEASE NOTE: All of our bikes are built to order, build time is about 7-10 days.
Next Day premium postage options in the UK are next WORKING day services, e.g. if you order on Friday on a next day service you will receive your delivery on Monday the following week. Royal Mail Special Delivery services DO NOT deliver on Saturdays. We do offer a DPD Saturday delivery service to select at the checkout if needed. ( U.K Mainland only, Excludes Highland and certain postcodes.)
Important
All of the goods we post require a signature on delivery so it may be best to have the goods delivered to an address where someone is in during the day (i.e. work). Whilst it may not be too inconvenient to collect a Royal Mail parcel from your local sorting office or post office, a DPD depot may not be too local. DPD will leave a card if you are not in and you can then contact the depot to arrange redelivery or collection. Unfortunately if you want to have the parcel then redirected to a different address they may charge you for this service.

New Zealand - We now collect the GST (15%) on orders up to $1000, over that GST is removed and will be payable on import. Duties may also be payable over $1000

The reason for carriage on bikes, frame and wheels is the high cost of the service they are sent on and the insurance due to their higher costs, please note these services are still subsidised, the cost of posting is greater than our charge to you.
