Ms FitzmauriceOnly complaint with these calipers is the barrel adjusters, don't over wind them as the adjuster can come out of it's housing. Keep the threads well greased. Over all these calipers will stick you to the road with the right shimano pads in place. I have one pair on another bike for the last year niw and the Shimano pads are stick perfect. Easy to take apart and put back together. Simply brakes that cost very little.

J BrynBought these as an upgrade for the brake calipers on my Giant SL1 bike. There is definitely an improvement in the braking quality of these calipers compared to the standard issue calipers. Before buying the brake calipers replaced the brake pads on the current calipers , this gave some improvement but replacing both caliper sets with the Shimano 105 ones it was much be. A more controlled and reduced stopping distance. Woukd recomend.
