Erik This wheel came as expected. A few scuffs on the braking surfaces but those should fade over time and usage. Of course this wheel is for my indoor trainer so I don’t use the brakes much. The wheel is true and no loose spokes. As mentioned in other reviews, remember to purchase rim tape because this wheel comes without it.

Tarynce Wheels look awesome, and sound even better while coasting; the rear isnt too loud but you can hear it. They can fit a 9speed gear set with spacers, FYI
Patrick Wheel arrived true and round. Hub bearings came with a couple rough spots. The rims are good enough for my intended use on an indoor trainer.

Mr Abbott A well priced wheel set. The hub glides smoothly and is well sealed but not the lightest. The rim is a great training rim which is solid and at that price your not overly protective of it.
Miss Knapp This wheel made it from the UK to the original-colonies in just 5 days (regular ship) and was as true as Tuesday is long. In Cleveland, we have a lot of potholes year round, and this wheel just keeps true. Good buy!
Mr Johnson Really happy with this wheel, big improvement on the stock wheel that came with my Specialized Allez. 105 hub runs so smooth and sounds great also. Great price in the sale and came quickly and well packed. Just need to save up for a front one now!!!

Mr Essenhigh Having tested these wheels for over a year now I feel I can do the review justice. I changed wheels over for a more sturdy set which would cope in the winter and at all other times in the year wet or dry. These wheels and specifically hubs work far better than the pro lite ones that initially came with the bike. The 105 hubs are smooth and keep out the road crud which fouled both my other wheels. They also run smoother as well with only a little oil as maintenance every so often. Quite heavy, especially against all other wheels but absolutely perfect for the price and if you want a sturdy training, commuter or winter wheel which can take anything. Save your ultra light weight wheels to race on.
Alek Bombproof (32 spokes), but bit heavy (2000g+ for the set). I'm not too sure about rims (no spoke eyelets), time plus rough Irish roads will tell. Overall impression - 4,5 stars.
