Schwalbe Eddy Current Super Trail Front Folding E-MTB Tyre - 29"
Eddy Current is the name of Schwalbe's first tyre specifically developed for the E-MTB All Mountain, Enduro and Gravity riding. This E-MTB tyre combines Schwalbe attributes as part of a coherent overall concept. The blocks are about 20 percent larger than on the Magic Mary. This results in greater stability, more traction and longer durability.
Front
- Eddy Current Front tyres provide dependable cornering and better rolling properties than smaller tyres. With its open tread and aggressive block pattern, the Eddy Current allows especially precise control.

Mr OmerVery good grip; tried it in various terrains such as mud, dust, and rocky trails, no problems at all. Recommended.
Mr BlandGreat tyre give me confidence at speed through great grip. Merlin Cycles were by far the cheapest around and their service was super speedy.
Mr PardoeBought this to use as a front tyre for my emtb. Seems to offer good grip all round, even in muddy conditions. Early days so can't talk much about puncture resistance,as I've only used it a few times. Although seems really thick and hard-wearing with good protection on tyre wall, would recommend.
BarryReally impressed with these on my Ebike. Grip is insane, fitted easy enough and I love the firmer response even on lower pressures.
@edb_socal_mtbI really like the moto inspired tread design. It seems to hook up good in the corners and look good while doing so. Hoping they last.
Matt AddisonRecommended upgrade for any e-bike owner. The sidewall stiffness prevents the tyres from folding or burping under high loads as well as adding puncture protection, but still provides a comfortable ride character. The super soft rubber compound make these tyres incredibly grippy and both climbing and descending. On par or better than similar soft compound downhill tyres available but more stable on an e-bike due to the sidewall stiffness.
