LucasThese bearings do the job. They won't blow you away, but they will last 10,000 miles before they start making horrible creaking noises. I believe this to be pretty standard among BB30 bottom brackets. Before installing, I would make sure to use some loctite red on the outer shell.

MarcoThis was a suggested option to the PF30 bottom bracket ceramic bearing set that came with the SRAM Red groupset. Turned out it wasn't needed as the bearings in the PF30 could be removed and used in my standard BB30 frame.circlip setup. This may not be the case with every setup but worth checking.
