Mr C Small and powerful
Chris White, www.ridefar.info An excellent choice for a compact, to-be-seen front light for a minimalist look while still being reasonably powerful and having a decent battery life. Plus various mounting options and accessories are available direct from Moon Lights.
Jervaise Great light for the money, bracket gives plenty of options for attachment
FilthySwede Excellent small light with several modes to choose from, daytime strobe is noticeably brighter - great for dull and misty days. Head-tube fitment useful too.
Stuart Small, neat, solid and bright - perfect for mounting on the headtube of my winter road bike. Compatible with my old Aldi light mounts, great!
murray Another excellent Moon product. Plenty bright enough and light enough to clip on for running @ night.
Timothy Great light. Had a rear version for 2 years which was very successful. Easy to change from bike to bike and take off at work or cafe.
Travis Good front light for early morning rides. Strobe setting good to draw attention of drivers. Fast recharge time, good build quality and an excellent design for mounting.
Terry H A neat small light, I like the way the bracket can be fitted to the head tube so as it doesn't clutter the bars. Can be removed from the mounting bracket for easy charging. Used to be seen by other road users and not to see the road ahead. It seems to work as now car drivers tend not pull out in front of me quite so often as they did before. I haven't used it for a long enough period for the battery to discharge, but I have used it for over 3 hrs on the brightest flash setting. I have only owned this light for 3 weeks so I cannot vouch for its reliability at this stage. Hope this helps.
Mayfield Works well; I ride my bike to commute across town and I'm confident that my visibility is much higher now that I have this bright little circle on the handlebars. It comes with three brightness settings; so far I've been able to ride with it on for two hours (cumulatively between rides) without needing a charge; I haven't yet needed to charge it since getting it. Another aspect I quite like is that the mounting system is easy enough to take apart, or I can just remove the light itself whenever I lock up my bike. I'm not sure whether it's a pro or a con, but this is much smaller than I was expecting. I was expecting it to be about twice the size it is; the light is about two centimeters in diameter. I have yet to ride with the light in a truly pitch black setting, seeing as how there are streetlights for most of my route through the city, but the most important thing is as I said: cars can't ignore me as easily. The ground is illuminated well enough too.
Thisdell Very attractive auxiliary light - I'll be using it for daytime safety; bright (very) and tucks nicely under the handlebar stem of a hybrid
Jonathan Brilliant light. Really bright lots of settings. Use it on my bag with the clip.
Mr Monaghan I have fitted this to my forks as a secondary light. The mounting bracket lends itself to fitting the forks better than most which leaves plenty of room on the handlebars for big lights, computers, etc.. I would class this as a light to be seen rather than see with so if you are riding on unlit roads motorists will be able to see you but you might not be able to spot the pot hole in front of you.
