Mr FlanneryVery nice chainring, typical Hope quality and bought at a great sale price. Working well so far, have not experienced any chain drops. Love the silver finish, keeps the ring looking new! As a buyer in the USA, I've made several online purchases through Merlin an never had any problems. Very reasonable shipping rates and delivery times, just make sure of your purchase as returns would be cost prohibitive due to postage.

Mr MonaghanI have 3 of these now and purchased this one the 30t after I struggled to get up some really steep climbs in the peaks. They work perfectly and I haven't had a dropped chain in ages (need a clutch mech though).

Mr PrinceTook the plunge to go 1 to 10. Never looked back. Shifting is thought less. Combine this with a rear mech fitted with a clutch, no need for any other chain retaining device. Nicely made. Great service from Merlin
Mr LewisPricEy for a single ring, but it works beautifully - clutch reaR mech, XT cassette + T- Rex 40 ratio expander, not cheap for the whole shebang but a lot less than XX1 (and not SRAM junk either...)
Tim SeelyExcellent piece of kit. I am running this with the 40T-Rex and am not (yet) missing the granny ring. The drivetrain is now much quieter too and the chain doesn't want to come off either.
Mr QuelchBrilliant, Brilliant, Brilliant! I love 1x10. Near silent running and even holds onto the chain with a non clutch mech, although I'll fit a clutched mech to be sure in the Alps.
