AndrewFantastic size screen although will scratch easy if not careful with it. Very clear, light and easy to assemble. I bought an adapter that sits the screen off the main bar. Overall a great product and very easy to set up and looks great. Very slim. The only downside for me is that you can't reset the miles done to zero for a new ride without resetting the whole computer.

Ms feekBrilliant looking, I far prefer the larger screen, great price and swift delivery. The only problem is it pops out of the bracket, so I have had to put some sellotape underneath it to secure it and remember when changing screen displays to push it at the top, this item would be perfect if it had a lock / click to hold it secure.

Only niggles were sensor, not the best design I've seen for mounting and the fact that it doesn't seem to have a cycle mode, otherwise very pleased.

JohnI already have a Cateye computer on another bike but wanted a larger screen. The Padrone screen is easy to read without my glasses and switching between screens by pressing the lower edge of the unit is a good feature. Mounting the wheel magnet and fork sensor is straightforward, although with disc brakes I had to mount it closer to the hub. Set-up and mounting the computer is straightforward, but as others have pointed out, removing the computer from its mount can be tricky. Gives me all the basic info I need - excellent product. Good deal and service from Merlin.
bigmacFantastic little product. Easy to read, the click to switch displays is incredible. Not to mention the benefit of the Padrone being the closest thing to looking like a Garmin on the budget. I just wish it had a cadence sensor like the Strada, but on this large and fantastic screen.

Thomas H-QI bought the Padrone to replace a 6 year old, wired 'Cateye Enduro 8' that is still working perfectly. The Padrone is fantastic, I can read both readouts easily and with a touch of my thumb I can scroll through the different modes. Brilliant! Delivered FREE in under 48 hours. Outstanding!
