Sizing Information for Castelli Clothing:
chrisFantastic bit of kit, worn on its own around 7 Celsius in good weather which was enough to keep you both warm but well ventilated, have worn with light jacket same temp found too warm. Looking forward to testing in minus temperatures to feel the full benefit.
Mr WoodHigh quality garment. Used comfortably as sole base layer under a perfetto from 4 to 10 celcius. Does need frequent cleaning however unlike merino.
David GunnVery soft and comfortable to wear. While you are riding keeps you warm and dry, once you stop you realise how well it has been working.
Mr RosenGreat base layer, wore this throughout the winter months and it kept me warm, but without being too hot or sweaty.
Just note that Castelli sizing is for skinny Italians: I took a XXL even though I'm a 34" waist and 40" chest
CliffordHaving bought the version with the neck warmer, I had no hesitation in buying this. It fits well under my Castelli Large size jackets. If you want to stay warm during cold weather, don't hesitate to buy this product.
AndrewI've been won over to Castelli over the last year. The sizing is silly but it is consistent so now I know I'm XXL(!) it's ok. Everything Castelli I've bought has been top notch and this is no exception. There's some thought gone into the design. It's warm and it's comfortable.
CharlieVery comfortable next to the skin. It could have blocked the wind a little better but that is not what it is for. It added a good thermal layer. I have not used this below 42 degrees, so it is too early to truly state how warm it is yet.
