Ice Toolz BBR60 External Bottom Bracket Tool
- For BBR60 crank adapter
- Cr-Mo steel
- Use with 1/2" driver
NigelWorks perfectly, But expensive when you consider its just a single chunk of machined metal and it costs not far off the price of an Ultegra bottom bracket. Would last forever though but i only expect to use it a handful of times
Mr WoodWell made and does the job perfectly
Mr GaskellGreat little tool bought to change my BB. Does exactly as it shoul
Mr FordQuality tool but be aware that it needs a ½" ratchet, not the more common 3/8"
davidGreat quality tool very well made makes bottom bracket removal easy
Mr MILLERExcellent tool
Francis TinsleyA solid 1/2 inch square drive socket.
Mr terryExcellent tool for the job well made and professional.
markUseful BB tool. However, it does need a square bar driver. A spanner will not work
Mr JoyWell priced and nicely made.
Mr BROWNExcellent little tool. One of the few tools for the new BB-R60 bottom bracket.
Mr StevensExcellent Tool, fits the BB60
Mr lenehanMuch better than the plastic adapter that comes on most bottom bracket tools
MightymessSolid tool, I think this will last. Nice weight to it.
Mr FranceWorked well amd did the job it's designed to do
BradySimple tool, high quality.
Mr GreenThis was by far the cheapest brand I could find and looks good quality.
DerekGreat tool for the job well made and sturdy
KeithBought as a replacement for the usual plastic insert that fits in the BB tool. Well worth the money. A secure way to tighten your BB.
Matt BlackSeems a good quality item. Fitted my BBR60 snuggly and shows no sign of slipping using the correct torque setting.
GomarWorks for my centre lock Fulcrum disc wheels a treat. Plus great and speedy service from Merlin Cycles.
Cycling superheroInexpensive good quality tool...
Mr ivesExcellent piece of kit that fits the appropriate bottom bracket snugly. I definitely recommend this to home mechanics.
Mr CanavanI’m normally a Park tools tart, but have been impressed with quality vs price of iceltoolz tools. I had a slightly seized bb shell in a steel frame and it did the job perfectly. Also resisted marking the new bb shell on reassembly.
sinnett177Nice tool, did the job on my BBR60 without a problem.
Mr RoneyGood quality, worked well
Mr HurdleyGood snug fit on the bottom bracket and ideal for use with a 0.5in torque wrench.
DavidPretty solid piece of kit which gives more confidence versus the standard plastic Shimano adaptor. Of course requires you to have a drive wrench but not an issue for me. Should last a lifetime if BB60 remains a standard that long.
