Mr WilsonEasy to set up once b screws aligned. Clutch nicely tensioned from factory.
James DQuick and accurate shifting and fairly easy to set up
Mr ROBERTSONSeemless installation, easy set up and adjustment Good to have B screw adjustment marks as opposed to reliance on gauges
RICHARDGreat mech that works as well as the more expensive Xt model, great price & service from Merlin.
SimonBought this to replace a SRAM NX eagle derailleur that ate itself. This works fine with an NX shifter, and the gear changes are smooth, and so far i have not needed to readjust the shifting. So this is a case of Shimano Fit and Forget which is great.
AndrewBought this and the matching shifter to replace Sram NX which had come on my new bike. Slx feels much more solid than the Nx at a similar price point. No cage lock, but a much better clutch.
Mr EnderwickEasy to install, shifts great.
Dr HWhat I'd expect from Shimano - great quality mech and at this price why bother with XT when there's very little difference
MartinKReplaced an 11 speed XT mech - seems to work fine, will go up to 51T on a 1x system, so cassette change on the horizon! Quick delivery from Merlin
