Andy DarganCannot fault the chain or the service from Merlin. Chain arrived within a few days, and was installed in no time. Could defo feel the difference and my bike runs so smooth with this chain. Dare I say, the best chain I've owned, so much so, I'm thinking of getting the 11 speed version for my other bike.
