Available exclusively from Merlin Cycles the Crono CR1 Special Edition shoes are a superlight option with twin Boa closures, that combines both comfort and performance.
The unmistakable and reliable Multi Contact Closure System, developed in the Crono R&D department, allows an incredibly enveloping closure, distributing the pressure on 8 points, eliminating the annoyance of the front tab, this allows the shoe to adapt much better to the different shapes of feet and also by working with a closure line on the direction of the heel angle it avoids lifting during pedaling. 2 x BOA® Li2 with coated steel cable, allow you to achieve direct contact with the shoe. BOA® Fit System offers high adjustment comfort for a quick fit, even when taking off the shoe. All this without losing anything in terms of comfort.
The Road Carbo Comp sole is the best compromise between performance and comfort. For all day riding, the Carbo Comp sole offers a better option than the race-orientated full carbon sole, with a little more flex and ultimately comfort.
