Embrocation & Chamois Creme

Lotions and creams for warming you up and protecting 'those' bits that can get sore. Embrocation is used before a ride or race as a way of warming up the muscles. There are also oils and lotions that are used after a ride during warm down or massage. Chamois cream is used to prevent chafing. You can apply it either directly to yourself or to the short pad.
