Mr HurstFor such cheap objects these work really well. I don't like clipless pedals but found my feet slipped on flats. These prevent that happening and also put my feet in the right position on the pedals. They're easy to get out of, and it only takes a few tries to get used to getting them in. They look a bit scruffy, but that's the only real downside.
