Mr SA good workhorse 11 speed chain, good value if you like to replace your chain regularly. Works fine on both Shimano and SRAM setups. Runs quietly. Rusts very quickly if you forget to clean it but that's all chains not just this one.
Mr LewisGood value 11spd chain. No complaints
TomSuper cheap and perfect for my cross bikes.
Mr DoughtonAmazing value from Merlin and the usual top notch service.. highly recommend both the product and Merlin.
bryanWhy pay more...I find bargain chains last just as long as more expensive ones, SRAM quality and hassle free joining link... Can't go wrong for a tenner, what a bargain..I put it on the bike, turned the pedals and it makes my wheels go round
richardOnce again a great product coupled with a great service... Been using Merlin for years and never fails to please... 👍
KJMBest value chain for the mileage
John mCheap and cheerful chain that's a solid performer. Absolutely nothing to say against it. Usual brilliant customer service from Merlin as well.
Mr CrossA bargain chain. It's a bit stiff but loosens up in no time. The quick link is always nice addition. I always have to lose a few links, but I guess that's the norm. Great delivery from Merlin.
JohnPart as ordered, arrived promptly. Spare required for cycling holiday
AdamIts a cheap, 11 speed chain. Good value, hard wearing, but not going to change the world. Does what its meant to!
joe hwA sturdy, reliable chain that I go to over and over again. Easy to fit but I would recommend using chain pliers if you need to remove it as the powerlink makes a very solid bond.
Mr CoxAlways reliable chain
ianI ride in muddy west coast conditions. Use these chains as they`re cheap and last almost as long as X1 in my experience. At this price fine to change regularly and avoid cassette wear.
Mr BrownExcellent chain, easy to install, perfect shifting. By treating it as a consumable and changing it at first sign of wear, I am still, after 30 months, on the original sprockets and chain ring.
Mr TangalinAfforadable and last long.
Y. KeehmI purchased two of them. Both for my road bike. I do not feel much difference between Shimano Ultegra and Sram PC-1110. I also like the quick link for maintenance. Keeping chain pins are the pain in the butt as well as breaking the tip after insertion, at least for my cases.
Mr BrookesThis is a top quality chain I use on all my 11 speed bikes, bought this as a spare because of the quality. Also the amazing Merlin service.
David DDoes the job for a good price. Not as nice to look at as the chains further up the range, but works and is not much heavier. Links needed a good lube and wiggle to free up a couple of stiff ones.
MickBWould normally have bought a more expensive SRAM chain but new road bike came with this version fitted. Was achieving nice smooth gear changes & checked weight to find it was only a few grams heavier than one double the price. Why pay more? SRAM chains are all good quality in my experience.
