BrianI bought these to replace the exact same jockey wheels on my Ultegra 10 speed road bike that had done about 24,000 (mainly dry) since new. To be honest the old ones weren't actually that bad although one was a little stiff. As I had replaced the wheels, chain and cassette I thought I may as well do the jockey wheels at the same time. Just make sure you put them on in the correct order and direction.
