Dave MSizing is right on and although fairly inexpensive, very nice mtb shoes.
GusGreat basic mountain shoe. Sizing is true Shimano. I wear a 45.5 Shimano road shoe. The 46 fit me just fine. Not too big. US shoes size is 10.5. Comfortable to walk in off the bike.
Mr JohnsonCompleted a 56mile cycle challenge over some steep climbs. It was my first time wearing cleated shoes. Being clipped in and the firmness of the sole gave a greater power transfer into the pedals. It didn't take long to get used to un-clipping.
I also did a fair bit of walking in these and they felt as sturdy as my boots. I bought a size up as advised by a friend who recommended these shoes to me.
Overall I am happy and would recommend.
Mr DuffinExcellent shoe; comfortable, well priced and engages perfectly with the M424 pedals I bought. First 'proper' shoe and I love them! Advice I read regarding going for one size bigger was correct.
