History
Moon Sport started out 26 years ago in Hong Kong. It was established by a talented group of passionate cyclists, designers and engineers. From the outset, Moon focused on design, quality and innovation and kept these three concepts at the forefront of their development over the following years. Their core belief and goal, ‘to bring the utmost standard of illumination of bicycle light for cyclists who explores mountains and cities in the dark’
Testing
Every piece of Moon lights go through rigorous reviews and tests just to ensure customers have reliable, powerful lighting for wherever they ride.
Awards
Winning awards for the design and functionality of their lights, help drive Moon forwards. Moon were awarded the 2018 Taipei Cycle D & I Award for their USB rechargeable lights. In 2019 and 2020, Moon were awarded the prestigious IF Design awards for lighting.
Innovation
Moon produce some innovative options for lighting. The Aerolite (below) can be mounted on handlebars, helmet, seatpost or stays. This allows a high degree of flexibility for maximising rider visibility. The front and rear light is only 40 grams. The waterproof light can last up to 38 hours flashing at 15 lumens. Or, alternatively select another of the six running modes for alternative brightness and run times.
